Peer Review Process
JACOBS adopts a double-blind peer review process, which means that both the reviewers and the authors remain anonymous throughout the review. This method ensures an impartial evaluation based on the content and quality of the manuscript.
Once a manuscript is submitted, the editorial team performs an initial screening to ensure that the paper fits the journal’s scope and meets basic standards. If deemed suitable, the manuscript is assigned to at least two independent reviewers for evaluation.
Reviewers assess the originality, significance, methodology, clarity, and relevance of the manuscript. Based on their feedback, the editorial team decides whether to accept the paper, request revisions, or reject it.
The peer review process is aimed at enhancing the quality of the manuscript and providing authors with valuable insights. We strive to make this process efficient, fair, and supportive for all contributors.
