This study explores the effectiveness of Narrative Exposure Therapy for Children and Adolescents (KIDNET) and anti-bullying classroom management psychoeducation in reducing PTSD symptoms in a 13-year-old adolescent girl who was a victim of bullying. Adolescence is a critical developmental stage that is vulnerable to negative experiences, including bullying, which can affect psychological well-being. The client exhibited significant PTSD symptoms, including social anxiety and a negative self-perception. Through a ten-session KIDNET intervention, the client was guided to construct a life narrative that integrated her traumatic experiences into a broader life context. The results showed a decrease in PTSD scores from 57 to 46, as well as positive changes in self-perception and social interaction abilities. This study highlights the importance of structured therapeutic approaches in helping adolescents cope with the psychological impacts of bullying, with recommendations to involve broader social support in the recovery process.
