Journal of Transformative Primary Education (JTPE) is a peer-reviewed, open-access scholarly journal managed by the Nalatama Research Center. The journal provides a platform for researchers, educators, policymakers, and practitioners to disseminate high-quality research and engage in academic dialogue on the transformation and advancement of primary education.
The journal focuses on innovative theories, empirical research, and evidence-based practices that contribute to improving the quality, equity, and sustainability of primary education. It encourages interdisciplinary perspectives that address contemporary challenges and opportunities in elementary education at local, national, and global levels.
The scope of the Journal of Transformative Primary Education includes, but is not limited to, curriculum and instructional innovation in primary schools, teaching and learning strategies, educational assessment and evaluation, educational technology and digital learning, inclusive and equitable education, teacher professional development, educational leadership and school management, educational psychology, literacy and numeracy education, STEM and STEAM education in primary schools, character and citizenship education, environmental and sustainable education, classroom action research, and educational policy related to primary education.
The journal welcomes original empirical research articles, theoretical and conceptual papers, systematic literature reviews, and case studies that provide meaningful contributions to the field of primary education. All submitted manuscripts must be original, unpublished, and free from plagiarism. Manuscripts are submitted through the Open Journal Systems (OJS) platform and must comply with the journal's author guidelines and formatting requirements. Every submission undergoes a rigorous double-blind peer-review process conducted by experts in relevant fields to ensure the quality, originality, and academic integrity of published articles.
