  The inaugural issue of the Journal of Transformative Primary Education (JOTPE), Volume 1 Number 1, presents a collection of studies highlighting innovation and transformation in primary education. The articles explore topics such as interactive learning media using Genially, teachers’ readiness to integrate digital technology in the Merdeka Curriculum, the cultivation of students’ religious character through school culture, the use of SDGs-based Augmented Reality (AR) to enhance visual literacy, and the implementation of the Teams Games Tournament (TGT) cooperative learning model to improve learning outcomes.
  This issue features contributions from authors affiliated with leading Indonesian universities, including Universitas Dharmas Indonesia, Universitas Negeri Padang, and Institut Pendidikan Tapanuli Selatan.
