Archiving Policy

JUDE ensures that all published content is securely archived for long-term access and preservation. To maintain the integrity of scholarly communication, JRKP follows a proactive digital archiving strategy that includes internal and external repositories.

All articles published in JUDE are automatically archived in the Nalatama Digital Library, an online institutional repository managed by the Nalatama Research Center. This platform ensures continued access to the journal’s content even in the event of technical issues or discontinuation of publication.

In addition, JUDE uses LOCKSS and CLOCKSS systems to support decentralized and secure preservation. These systems allow partnering libraries to store and restore published content as needed. Authors are also encouraged to self-archive their articles in personal, institutional, or disciplinary repositories without embargo, in compliance with the journal's open access policy.

Through these combined efforts, JUDE is committed to preserving its entire publication history and ensuring its scholarly contributions remain accessible for future educators, researchers, and policymakers.
